Since October 2016 I am working on a new challenge-my first triathlon-event. Target is the Ingolstadt Triathlon end of May 2017.
And as it is a provoking goal which not only is physically stressful, but as well mentally, I trust in the skills of a professional person (ck).
On January, 6th I had my first ‘test’ with a 10k winter-run at Grafenau, which I finished 17th in class with a time of 51:20min. Satisfied but not 100% – I want more (competition and better results of course). But step by step my trainer said.
So I’ll keep you updated about the progress.
